Running from the wind.
Once again Newport just wasn't the place to be. This time due to the evil bloody south wind that haunts our land from time to time. There are places more protected than our dear city.
We went to a secret place to frolic with sea creatures and slash glassy sassy waves.
Hoyer did a backside air but it wasn't big enough,
So he did another one.
Skull reflection.

Straight up from down south.
Inside spinners.
Varials over the elderly.
Popp came and crack a few cold ones.
Popp swings both ways.

Water Tried to Kill Me - lido screening for popp
ShoresCrew had a benefit night for local Newport surfer, Adam Popp. Popp suffered the horrors of testicular cancer and survived to tell about it ...and build a charity! the Back on the Board Foundation. ShoresCrew took over the Lido Theater in Newport Beach and held a screening of Water Tried to Kill Me, a huge raffle with the proceeds all going to the charity and the night ended with a performance by The Pricks.

The raffle included a custom Pricks surfboard made by Wallin Surfboards.
